A new week means a new menu. Here’s what’s cookin’ at our house:
~Kale & Farro Salad – another summer salad staple around these parts; works great for lunch the next day if the dressing remains on the side until ready to eat.
~Black Bean & Corn Salsa with corn tortilla chips and avocado – a healthy “snack” dinner for those busy or unmotivated nights.
~Grilled Salmon with Steamed Broccoli
~Chopped Salad – it will be a surprise because it’s different each week depending on the cook’s (T) inspiration and ingredient availability, but it’s guaranteed to be good.
