From city girl...

...to country girl

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to visit and photograph an up and coming private golf community outside Deer Lodge, Montana.  It’s a client of mine, to whom I volunteered T’s photography services.  He captured some wonderful stills of the homes and cattle ranch.  Oh yes, I forgot to mention it’s a private golf community located on a real 30,000 acre working cattle ranch.  We say it’s where luxury meets ranch living, and it certainly is!

While T was behind the camera, D and I did some exploring in the freshly fallen snow (thank goodness I remembered to pack the rubber boots).  It was a quick trip, but the peace and quiet that is so natural up there was soothing to my soul.  We saw new calves and bull elk that are a welcome sign of spring, and I took extra deep inhalations of the wet pine trees with hopes to keep that yummy scent bottled up inside as long as possible.  Now this is the kind of work I can get used to.

Here are a few of my favorite photos T took around the Ranch.
